Consultation
To satisfy all of your needs
ABADIS CONSTRUCTION offers a free initial consultation to discuss your specific needs, ideas, and budget. At this stage, we give you a preview about our process. We start by developing a checklist, which will be used later, to design your dream home and develop preliminary pricing. At this stage, we want to make sure that our clients are aware of every detail of their home construction process includes cost and timing.
Design & preconstruction
To Satisfy All Of Your Needs
Once you give us the go-ahead, our architect and design team will use the checklist from the previous stage to work through our design process. Simultaneously we work on getting quotes from our sub-trades/suppliers, which will develop a Final Budget. Our design team will create a 3D rendering to help you visualize every aspect of your new home. This will allow you to choose everything from floor plans and layout to final material finishes and colors.
Upon your approval of the design, we take care of all the contract documents, secure all the required permits, and submit your plans to your local authority for approval.
Construction
We make sure everything is executed as you wish
During the construction phase, we will supervise your project from start to finish. Communication is the key throughout the construction. Our team will communicate with you to keep you updated about every detail of the process. By using project management software, we provide you with a schedule report at different stages, so that you can keep track of the process. Our project supervisors will take photos of the project and share it with you to keep you posted about the progress.
